PRODUCT PACKAGING
Our individual product packaging has been an ongoing trial and error. Finding the most functional packaging solution for contents inside, safety during transport, and long term storage is all part of the decision. Here is our transparent break down of our product packaging.
Laka Matcha (25 serving and 90 serving jar):
The lid can be recycled as plastic
The jar can be recycled as glass
The label is paper with clear biaxially-oriented polypropylene (BOPP)
Laka Matcha 90 serving refill packs:
These silver foil packs are aluminum coated plastic and can be recycled as plastic.

Shroom Drip:
The black lids can be recycled as aluminum.
The labels are paper outer with clear biaxially-oriented polypropylene (BOPP).
The jars can be recycled as glass.
Tip* Reuse these jars to hold spices, tea bags, or loose herbs.

SHIPPING PACKAGING
We ship all 90 serving Laka Matcha refill packs in a 100% compostable mailer if purchased without any items in the order.
We ship all orders containing glass in a corrugated cardboard box, using corrugated cardboard bubble, and paper stuffing to pad and protect during transit. Our packaging is 100% biodegradable and can be recycled as cardboard and/or paper.
