Good animal foods. Local lettuce. Heirloom tomato. Toasted walnut. Goat feta. Lemon. Vinegar. Moringa. Laka Matcha. Black Pepper. Sea Salt. Truffle. Olive oil.

Make The Vibe Salad and step into the vibe of Laka: Serves 2

1 head lettuce, slivered thin
2 hard-boiled eggs, sliced 
1 large yellow heirloom, cut into wedges
1/2 cup toasted walnut
1/3 cup goat-milk feta cheese, crumbled
1 tbsp moringa powder
1/2 tsp Laka Matcha


4 tbsp Kauai Kombucha Vinegar 
2 tbsp truffle oil 
1/4 cup olive oil 
1/4 tsp each black pepper + sea salt 
1 tsp (heaping!) local honey 


Whisk dressing together and toss with salad in large bowl. Finish with some lemon juice and extra black pepper if desired.
