Single Serve Salted Matcha Cookie

3 tbsp gluten free flour 
2 tbsp oat milk 
2 tbsp raw sugar 
2 tbsp macadamia butter 
1/4 tsp vanilla 
1/8 tsp sea salt (we used Dark Horse Organic smoked salt!)
1/2 tsp-1 tsp Laka Matcha (sifted)
2 tbsp chocolate chips 
1/4 tsp baking soda 
Preheat oven to 350. 
Mix all ingredients together in a small mixing bowl. 
Roll into 2 separate balls and place on greased cookie sheet. 
Sprinkle with a pinch extra of salt.
Bake for 10 minutes.
