Fiber

When you consume Matcha, you consume the whole leaf. Micro-fiber (small amounts of fiber present in Matcha) helps saturate the gut with information it needs to scrape, assimilate, and excrete excess from the body. The gut loves fiber. Its a quality over quantity game.

Caffeine

Each gram of matcha contains roughly 35 mg of clean caffeine for energy that lasts 6+ hours.

BEST MATCHA EVER!

Been using this matcha for years now. Best I’ve ever had and definitely worth every penny! Sticker shock, but when you break it down it’s such a great deal compared to coffee shops charging $6+ per cup! Been using this matcha for years now. Best Ive tried

This is the best matcha I've tried! The flavor is sweet and light. You can tell just by looking at the vibrant green color that it is high quality. It has replaced coffee for me and I feel noticeably better. Higher levels of steady energy, no jitters, and overall just feeling so good when I drink it consistently. I look forward to it every day!
